3. To RECEIVE AND ENDORSE the Annual Accounts and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 July 2014
4. To appoint the Association of Commonwealth Universities' auditors for the year ending 31 July 2015
5. Any special business that may be duly brought before the meeting
